Family tradition
Three generations of the same family have been running the Es Ministre Restaurant since 1971, when a fisherman thought of offering his daily catch in the incomparable setting of Ses Illetes Beach. 50 years later it continues to be the benchmark in restaurants, offering its freshest and most select rice, seafood, fish and meats summer after summer.
